These Terms & Conditions are specific to E-Design Services. They are a binding contract between you, the Client and us, the Designers. BY USING OUR E-Design SERVICE, YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND will BE BOUND BY THE BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, THEN YOU MAY NOT USE THE SERVICE.
CQ Interiors (the designers) are providing an E-Design Service for you (the client). The Designers will perform these services to the best of their professional ability and skill-based upon a high level of industry knowledge with a background of educational and professional experience, as well as through their interpretation of the needs and desires of the client.
The designers will recommend concepts, schemes, and products for the client that may include but are not limited to, furnishings, accessories, fabrics, wood finishes, paints, wall coverings, etc. These selections will be made based upon the information provided to us by you, the client. The designers will not be responsible for the accuracy, reliability and completeness of the information as provided by the client. This includes but is not limited to, incorrect dimensions, unclear photos and misinformation as gathered through the design process.
The Designers shall not be held responsible for the means, methods or procedures of construction, fabrication, delivery or installation, or safety precautions in connection with supplies, suppliers or third parties in connection with the project, or for any failure of them to meet schedules or completion dates.
The Designers will select products and materials based upon current availability. If there is a delay between receipt of design plan with specifications and the time of purchasing and a product or material is no longer available the Designer is not responsible or liable to reselect.
By purchasing an online design service you agree that you are 18 years of age.
We may change our design packages and offerings, fees and timelines and processes at any given time without warning or notice.
In our design packages, we will include links to third-party websites. You agree to access those websites at your own doing. We only link to websites we use regularly and are familiar with but are not liable for your usage of those sites.
By purchasing a design package you agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display or broadcast any part of the service without CQ Interior's written permission.
PAYMENT
The initial fees for the project are to be collected upon booking the Design Consultation and will be required prior to commencing work on your design project.
All fees are collected in USD and payments can be made via paypal or credit card.
Because of the nature of our e-design service, there are no refunds or returns on purchases. In the case of an extenuating circumstance, email mandu@cqinteriors.com to discuss

We love getting to work on so many unique projects and we'd love to be able to share them. If you check the box in the questionnaire allowing us to share your project you give CQ Interiors the right to use your before and after photos for marketing including but not limited to use on the blog, social media channels or other marketing and promotional materials. You understand that your personal information such as your name and address will not be included in any of the promotional materials. Your project such as general description and needs may be communicated in written form for promotional use.
